Sunday, July 23- Friday, July 28, 2017 Join us for a week of worship, service, and friendship! High school and middle school youth are invited to sign up to stay at the Marshfield School forest for the week.
Here’s how it works: From Sunday afternoon through Friday morning, youth come to the Marshfield School Forest to stay in the bunkhouse. Adults join them in offering a mission experience of studying the Bible, serving through home maintenance projects and helping at various shelters for those in need, visiting the elderly, reaching out to our neighbors with a “Cookie Ministry”, offering a free Vacation Bible School program to kids age 11 and under, exploring the community with tours, supporting the local economy by eating out, and worshiping together around a campfire in the evening. Our schedule is packed with experiences you won’t want to miss!
Why be a part of Overflow 2017? Because Jesus gives us the command to go and make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19). And Galatians 5:13-14 …serve one another in love. For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” And how can we share God’s love with our community if we aren’t helping where help is needed and if we aren’t building relationships?
